Insurance:

LD1030 was implemented in 2019 and mandates coverage of Naturopathic Services by all private insurance and group plans in the state of Maine.

Drs. Werner and Rowe are contracted as a in-network specialist with Cigna.

They are considered out-of-network with all other plans. If you have insurance that your Naturopathic Doctor is not “In-network” with, you may submit a medical Superbill and claim to your insurance for re-imbursement of out-of-pocket expenses for consultations. Please let the Front desk staff know if you need a claim form for your visit to submit to your insurance.

If you have Cigna, We recommend contacting your insurance company before your visit to find out whether you have met your deductible and whether you need to have a referral to see Drs. Werner or Rowe since naturopathic doctors are considered specialists in Maine.

Pricing

Payments for consultations (other than Cigna patients) and items from our in-office dispensary are due at the time of service. We accept cash, checks and all major credit cards and cards from Health Savings Accounts and Flexible Spending Accounts.

Cancellation Policy

RHC requires 24 hours notice for all appointment cancellations.

New patient cancellations/no shows have a $100 fee and established patient cancellations/no shows have a $50 fee.

Reminder emails get sent out two days prior to all appointments, if you do not receive a reminder email for your appointment please inform the office.
